Payment and Delivery
- After a customer place an order with us; we will be contacting the customer. Upon the discussion with the customer; we will be making a few samples of the order and send it for the customer’s approval. Once the customer approves and finalizes a sample; customer has to settle the full payment to our bank account and send us the bank slip (via messenger, whatsapp, etc.). Then we will be preparing the final product and set it to be delivered.
- Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days around Colombo 1-15 and for other areas it will be within 5-7 days upon receiving the payment as agreed with the customer. We will not take responsibility for any other delays caused by the Postal Department, Currier Services (Ex: postal strikes, etc.) or any other situations due to sudden or ongoing conditions (Ex: Government Travel restrictions due to COVID guidelines, Road blocks due to natural disasters, etc.) in the country.
Damaged Orders
- For the damages done to the ordered products in courier handling (for fragile items only. Ex. Mugs, etc.) 50% cash back will be given.*
* Product has to be clearly damaged to prevail this offer and the customer has to provide proof of it.
Changing the Placed Orders
- Changes can be done only before finalizing the sample. After sending the finalized order to the print, framing, etc. we are unable to change the order.
Alterations
- For the designs such as logos, brochures and any other non-printing graphical art works; an alteration charge will be added if you require any other changes after the purchase.
Refunds
- No refunds will be made after the order is processed, unless it is on the fault of the organization.
